The visualization is based on a radial chart that is subdivided per country and in the timeline by year. Each year for eache country has a chart that rapresent how the country perform in every specific measure in a normalized measurment between 0 and 1 with 1 being the best possible value for that measurment.

The initial data is the same as the previous map.1. Starting from the dataset preprocessed for the map.
3. Every measurment is put in a new line having the following values: Country, Year, Measurment, Value.
4. Visualization: the visualization is rapresented by a country in a specific year that can be choosen by the user. Every measurment is rapresented as a spoke of a radial chart, and the value of that measurment is rapresented by the distance from the center of the chart. The higher the value, the further from the center. The Domain of the values is rapresented by the color of the area covered by the chart.
